These terms apply to bookings and treatments with Jullie-Ann Viljoen PMU Artistry, and to the use of this website. By booking a consultation or treatment, you agree to them.

1. Appointments

All treatments are by appointment only, at One Wellness Centre, Montana Park, or at the private studio at Zambezi Country Estate, Pretoria. Appointments are limited, and booking is essential.

2. Consultations

Permanent makeup and removal treatments begin with a consultation, which is charged at R250. During the consultation your skin, features and medical history are assessed, and your design and colour are discussed.

3. Deposits, cancellations and late arrival

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The amount and conditions will be confirmed when you book. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

4. Suitability and consent

Your safety comes first. Some skin conditions, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding and other health factors may mean that a treatment should be postponed or is not advisable. You agree to disclose relevant health information honestly and to complete a consent form before treatment. Jullie-Ann may decline or postpone a treatment if she believes it is not in your best interest.

5. Pricing

Prices on this website are in South African Rand and are a guide. Final pricing is confirmed during your consultation. Fine-line tattoo prices depend on complexity, placement, detail and time, and are confirmed before booking. Removal is priced per session.

6. Touch-ups

A follow-up session is usually recommended once healing is complete. PMU touch-ups are charged at 50% of the original treatment price for eligible clients, subject to assessment.

7. Results and aftercare

Every client's skin heals differently, so results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Following the aftercare guidance you receive is essential for the best result. Removal may require multiple sessions, and results vary by pigment, depth, skin type and area.

8. Photographs

Treatment photographs may be taken for your records. They are only published, on this website or on social media, with your written consent.
